The team at Forum Health Austin is excited to welcome all of its patients and potential new patients to its FREE Open House on Thursday, September 15 from 3 to 6 PM.
If you are a current patient, or interested in learning more about functional and integrative medicine, you’re invited to bring friends and family to meet our staff, providers, and see all that the new office has to offer!
You will have an opportunity to meet and greet with the Forum Health Austin providers, take tours of the new office and services, and enjoy complimentary refreshments.
Additionally, we will be offering 15% off supplements and nutraceuticals, 20% off IV packages, Botox injections for only $8 a unit, and more in-house only offers!
The open house will also include a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, compliments of the local Austin Chamber, to take place at 3:30PM, and a special dedication to Dr. Moore.
