What is a Health Coach:
As your Health Coach I am here to help you succeed in your journey towards health and wellness. We all need support, and guidance at different points in our lives, and this can be particularly true during the time of a health crisis. All sorts of changes need to be made, from nutrition, to lifestyle, to sleep, and as your Coach I am available to keep you on track, and help you get back on track when inevitably we veer off course. I understand the emotional, mental, and physical sides of the health journey, and I am here to coach and guide you.
