How We’re Different
We take the guesswork out your sleep condition and use real data to determine the root cause of your sleep disorder and create a plan of action to improve your sleep quality.
Step 1: Schedule an in-take sleep appointment – we’ll perform a comprehensive lifestyle exam to determine if a sleep test is right for you.
Step 2: At-Home sleep test – if a sleep test is appropriate, you’ll receive an at-home disposable kit with oxygen and respiratory sensors to measure your sleep quality.
Step 3: Customized treatment plan -using the data from your sleep test, Julie will develop a comprehensive care plan that may include lifestyle changes, CPAP therapy, dental devices and sleep hygiene.
